ABOUT BISTATE LAW CENTER
Lawyers Fighting On Your Team
Our Mission
The BiState Law Center is dedicated to making workplaces, roads, and businesses safer for families in Missouri and Illinois. Our award winning trial lawyers fight to maximize your case and change irresponsible behavior to make everyone safer. By adhering to our Core Values, listening to our clients and truly caring about them, we can make a difference in our community
Be Zealous – Be Honest – Be Disruptive For Change
The BiState Law Center’s mission is to make the world a safer place by zealously advocating for our clients and being a disruptive force to change the insurance industry. We want our community to be a better, safer place, where people understand the law and actively work to help others.

OUR VISION
We want insurance companies to treat people and business like valued clients, not like file numbers and dates of loss. By providing open and honest communication with our clients, we empower them and their cases against the teams of adjusters, investigators and lawyers assembled by the insurance companies. The insurance company’s team is created exclusively to minimize your recovery, maximize their profits, and ultimately say “NO” in your moment of need. We want to fight on your team.
BiState uses a team environment to maximize your claim. We leverage trial experience and inside knowledge of insurance company tactics to affect meaningful change for your family and the insurance industry. Our goal – zealously fight for clients and force the insurance companies to treat everyone like people – not file numbers.
OUR CORE VALUES
Open and Honest communication with you and our team
Treat everyone with respect and demand it for you
Accountability to you and each other
Be Real in our interactions
Fight for you and tell your story, especially when you cannot.

However, our commitment to the community does not stop when we leave the office. We are proud to support and participate with a number of charities in the St. Louis area that share our values. These are fantastic organizations that we are individually involved with, and we urge you to learn more about them.
