The BiState Law Center is dedicated to making workplaces, roads and businesses  safer for families in Missouri and Illinois.  Our award winning trial lawyers fight to maximize your case and change irresponsible behavior to make everyone safer.

Our Mission

Be Zealous – Be Honest – Be Disruptive For Change
The BiState Law Center’s mission is to make the world a safer place by zealously advocating for our clients and being a disruptive force to change the insurance industry.

OUR VISION

We want insurance companies to treat the injured like people, not like file numbers and dates of loss. By providing open and honest communication with our clients, we empower them and their cases against the teams of adjusters, investigators and lawyers assembled by the insurance companies.  The insurance company’s team is created exclusively to minimize your recovery and maximize their profits.  We want to fight on your team.

BiState uses a team environment to maximize your claim.  We leverage trial experience and inside knowledge of insurance company tactics to affect meaningful change for your family and the insurance industry. Our goal – zealously fight for clients and force the insurance companies to treat everyone like people – not file numbers.

OUR CORE VALUES

Open and Honest communication with you and our team
Treat everyone with respect and demand it for you
Accountability to you and each other
   Be Real in our interactions
Fight for you and tell your story, especially when you cannot.

AVVO - 10.0 Top Attorney

avvoMatthew Nagel of the BiState Law Center has been awarded a 10.0 – Top Attorney by Avvo, an attorney rating site.

From Avvo’s Website:
“We calculate the rating based on public data we’ve collected on each attorney and the information they have provided in their profile. Information not supplied by the attorney comes from a variety of sources, including public records (state bar associations, regulatory agencies, and court records) and published sources on the internet (including attorneys’ websites).

This information is then considered and weighted by our mathematical module to calculate a numerical rating, ranging from 1 to 10. If we have limited information on an attorney, we may give them a rating of “Attention” or “No Concern.” We take into account factors that consumers and legal professionals believe are relevant to an attorney’s qualifications, including experience, professional achievements, and disciplinary sanctions.”
